Tanos Ravioles tis Giagias” is a traditional Cypriot ravioli which was initially produced in 1986 by Panicos Tanos, the founder of the company. He started the business using the traditional hand-made method. The raviolis are made of the best quality ingredients. They are using the best mature halloumi cheese, mint, egg and pasta. Quality and taste are always of top priority. The recipe remained unchanged even after the technological updates in 1990 and 2003. The whole process is under HACCP certification.
