The Bliss Point Cave Aged Graviera received the highest distinction in the competition of the leading International Institute of Taste and Quality (iTQi) 2018.

The product was awarded with 2 gold Stars (superior flavor) achieving an overall score close to 90%.

Bliss Point is the new brand of Greek products and participated in the competition for the first time, with this excellent distinction for the Cave Aged Graviera!

The “ITQi Prize for superior Taste” is the only quality seal in taste given by opinion makers, who are chefs awarded with Michelin star and connoisseurs.

The judges of the ITQi committee, coming from 17 different countries, are members of prestigious food organizations in Europe.
The Cave Aged Graviera is produced in Crete and as its name reveals it has a special way of ageing in caves. It contains more sheep and less goat milk, collected from selected flocks that graze in mountainous Crete.

Based on the traditional recipe but also with the unique method of maturation Bliss Point created a cheese with rich full flavor and long aftertaste that conquers the most discerning palate. It is extremely suited to a rosé wine and is accompanied with multigrain bread, nuts and thyme honey.
